Television: Within an overall 19.3% surge in U.S. ad spending, the national TV advertising marketplace expanded 36% over June 2025, thanks to World Cup coverage on Fox and Telemundo.

Social Media: Meta grew advertising revenue 27% year over year to $59.4 billion in Q2 and said its bets on AI continue to improve campaign performance. CFO Susan Li said that the company could experience additional headwinds from policy changes in Europe that allow for fewer personalized ads.
