Social Media: For the first time, the CDC asked teens about their social media use, finding that 77% of U.S. high school students use social media several times a day, and that 47% describe themselves as being online “almost constantly.”

Television: As a “result of significant changes in the TV and streaming marketplace,” the Paramount Television Studios production company has closed for good, the CBS President & CEO announced. The studio first opened 11 years ago.

Radio: According to new data, radio appears to have done a better job than TV at holding its own in the face of subscription services. Even 59% of respondents aged 16-24 report having a “strong engagement with radio” in the recent survey.
