Social Media: California, home to some of the largest technology companies in the world, would be the first U.S. state to require mental health warning labels on social media sites if lawmakers pass a bill introduced Monday. Industry officials vow to fight the measure and others like it under the First Amendment.

Programmatic:  Global ad spend growth is forecast to continue its overall growth by 5.9% in 2025. Programmatic advertising is set to grow by 11.1% and is expected to account for more than 70% of digital ad spend, with sustained momentum.
